If you have children, one way to help the relationship with your mate, is to plan a night just for the two of you, so you can have some quality time together. Leave your children in the care of your family or friends and enjoy some time together with your mate. Keep your goal and plans in sight. The system should involve becoming a healthier individual. It will be difficult to change your way of life. Thinking and going through a process of rediscovering oneself,remember. Motivating people around you to help you will lessen your burden. Being able to endure through difficult times is a highly successful way to overcome obstacles that would be otherwise insurmountable. The first step however is to improve your personal life. Once you have enhanced your personal life, you will find it easier to forgive others of their mistakes. Still, enhancing the personal life takes effort on your part. Improving your life depends on your willingness and efforts. The responsibility to discover who you are is a lone path, others may help on the way, but the bulk of the burden is yours to bare.
