Article Marketing: A Battle Ready 21 Item Check List For Success!

By: Richard Runion

All article marketers worth their salt submit their articles every day. Very few achieve any success, and a minuscule percentage of them are ranked by Search Engines (SEs) at a high level. Thus, hardly, if at all, a very small percentage articles that are posted in directories achieve outstanding success; some are moderately successful, whereas, the majority are damp squibs because of myriad causes .

To what can we credit the success of the articles of the successful few? Here's my 'ready to use' task list, ordered according to priority. You might recognize some of these, if you are not a newbie to posting articles to directories. Chances are, you will find a few I have listed that you are possibly hearing of for the first time.

Every time you post articles to article directories, dovetail your essay before you submit with this checklist, and improve substantially the probability that your article will deliver. So, this is my list:

1. How Powerful Is Your Article Title? Will Readers Find It Shocking/ Controversial/ Intriguing/ Beneficial/ Topical/ Informative/ Calling To Action?

2. How High Are The PR's Of The Online Directories You Have Chosen For Submission ?

3. Will Your Author Bio Be Perceived To Be Holding Out A Sufficient Promise?

4. What Incentives Do You Offer Readers To Click Your Site URL?

5. Do Your Sites/ Blogs and Products Justify The Promise Made In Your Article?

6. Do You Have Variable Anchor Texts In Your Author Bio?

7.How Fresh And Innovative Is The Central Idea Of Your Article?

8. How Many Directories Are You Submitting Your Article To?

9. Will You Send Different Adaptations Of Your Write-Up To Several Online Directories, Or Mass-Submit A Solitary Version To The Directory List?

10. Do You Physically Redo Your Article Into Multiple Versions, Or Use Software To Spin Them?

11. Is Your Niche Popular? And How Much Competition Vies For Your Niche?

12. How Well Are Your Articles Written?

13. Do You Submit Under The Appropriate Category In Every Directory?

14. Do You Post The Original Version Of Your Article In Your Own Blog/ Site?

15. Are You The Owner Of An Article Directory Relating To Your Niche, Getting Populated Automatically? Are Your Articles Getting Posted In It, Too?

16. Is Your Article Summary Enticing?

17. Do You Consider Yourself A Popular Writer?

18. Are Your Keywords Popular Enough? And How High Is The Competition For These Keywords?

19. How Well Do You Use Your Time?

20. How Lucky Are You?

21. After Submitting To Directories, Do You Promote Your Article In Any Other Way?

Like it or not, the most valuable possession is time. Most winning internet business owners refrain from doing the bulk of their work inhouse; for them, time is meant for making strategic plans. Most of them hire outside writers to write and submit their articles.

Consider it mandatory that whatever you write be submitted with frequency to directories. Target many daily, with a minimum of one, weekly. If time is short, attempt to write articles yourself, but you could hire help for submission. If you have no time to write, or writing skills are lacking, it's better to outsource both writing and submission.

Writing articles is the lifeblood of internet marketing- - you cannot prosper in their absence. Skip writing and submitting articles at your own peril.

Here's wishing the very best to you and your article writing!
